What is the excess rate for local calls after free minutes exhausted?
MVR 1.50/Min

Free local Minutes and SMS are all-net.
What is the excess rate for local SMS after free SMS exhausted?
MVR 0.50/SMS.
What is the call rate of Lite Traveler Package for Off Net and On Net calls?
MVR 1.50/Min & MVR 0.50/SMS.
How to check balances?
Customers will be able to check data balance by sending SMS to 727 or from myusage portal (http://myusage.dhiraagu.com.mv)
Portal is accessible on Dhiraagu mobile network only.
Will the customers receive any usage notification for free minutes data & SMS?
No.
How can customers recharge or reload (as calling credit is provided in dollars)?
Customers can recharge or reload using Dhiraagu vouchers online, quick recharge and quick transfer.
Is it possible to change Tourist package to Mamen after installing the Mamen application?
No, Package change is not allowed in tourist packages.
Is special IDD rates applicable in these plans?
Standard IDD (Premium and IDD019) rates applies for all Tourist Packages.
Is this package available only from ABC or any CSC’s
Kits are available from ABC.
Is calling credit applicable for international calls?
Yes.
After SIM is purchased, can I change my package to another Tourist package or any other Prepaid?
No, Package change is not allowed in tourist packages.
Can customers purchase additional data /SMS / Voice plans? In addition, which plan is eligible?
Tourist package customers can purchase Prepaid Data Add-ons.
