Specific Terms applicable for Dhiraagu New Year 2026 Promotion - Salhi 180 Days and Salhi 365 Days (Gaana Subscription for 12 months) 

The following specific terms and conditions along with Dhiraagu General Terms and Conditions (collectively “Terms”) apply to the subscription to Dhiraagu New Year 2026 Promotion - Salhi 180 Days and Salhi 365 Days (Gaana Subscription for 12 months) (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”).  Any variation to these Terms shall be communicated to via our official website or by email or by SMS. Upon subscribing to the promotional offer, you deemed to have accepted the Terms and agree to be bound by and comply with the Terms. 

• Customers who subscribe to the following add-ons Salhi 180 Days and Salhi 365 Days will receive a voucher for free Gaana subscription for 12 months). 

• Customer agrees that the services provided by Gaana is not a service provided by Dhiraagu and the Customer will be bound by separate Terms and Conditions for the use of Gaana Services available on their website. Term & Condition Gaana.com  

• If a Customer has received a voucher but has not activated it on Gaana’s platform, the Customer will be able to redeem the voucher within a duration of 1 year of receiving the voucher. Upon activation of the voucher by the Customer, the voucher’s validity period shall be 1 year from the date of activation of the voucher. 

• Dhiraagu shall not be liable or responsible, in any manner or form, for any acts, omissions, errors, delays, or failures from Gaana’s provision of their services. Dhiraagu disclaims all responsibility for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from or related to the actions, negligence, or performance of such third-party service providers.
