- Samsung Galaxy Ultra purchased from other countries, could be activated however, may not be fully optimized to be used on Dhiraagu Network.

Pair & Get Ready
Pair the Cellular Watch with your Smartphone.
Activate Mobile Data Plan from your Cellular Watch OR from your Cellular Watch Companion Device.
Follow the steps on your Mobile Screen.
You will be directed to Dhiraagu One Number Activation Page.
Verify & Activate
Enter your NID/Passport Number to validate the Service Number.
Accept the TnC by clicking the check box and Generate OTP.
Enter the OTP and proceed to activate Dhiraagu One Number Service.
Make sure your Smartphone is switched on and in a good coverage area.
It is recommended to be connected to strong Wi-Fi.
Complete Setup
Once activated you will also be notified by SMS.
Click Close to continue the eSIM profile download to your Cellular Watch.
Follow the next steps on the Companion App and Watch.
Once successfully completed you may re-start your Cellular Watch.
For the Cellular Watch to work on standalone mode, make sure Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are switched off on your Cellular Watch.
Make sure Mobile Data is set to Always On or change to your preference.
Now you can enjoy your Cellular Smartwatch, even if the Smartphone is not nearby or even if it is switched off.
You will be charged MVR 199/Month for cellular. As a promotional Offer, you can enjoy Cellular Service for Free for the 1st 6 Months
You can re-activate your cellular watch for a maximum of 5 times within a month.
As your cellular Watch is activated to the primary Mobile number on your smartphone, your usage will be billed/ consumed from the available balances on your primary Mobile numbers Plan. Your Primary Mobile numbers plan should have sufficient balance for your cellular Watch to continue using the services seamlessly on your cellular watch
Your Watch Cellular will support LTE/ 4G service. 5G is not supported on Cellular Watches.
Why Do I need to enter NID, Passport number during cellular Watch activation?
It will be used to verify your Dhiraagu Service. Only the NID/ Passport number of a Dhiraagu account holder can be used for verification, followed by an OTP to the Service number.
Can I activate Dhiraagu one number service at a Dhiraagu Customer Service center or Dhiraagu App?
Unfortunately, it can only be activated via the defaults cellular watch companion App.
Can I activate more than one cellular Watch under the same mobile number?
Unfortunately, each Service number can only be activated to one cellular watch, at a given time.
When I use my cellular watch for Calls, SMS and Data, how will I be charged?
As your cellular Watch is activated to the primary Mobile number on your smartphone, your usage will be billed/ consumed from the available balances on your primary Mobile numbers Plan. Your Primary Mobile numbers plan should have sufficient balance for your cellular Watch to continue using the services seamlessly on your cellular watch.
Can I make or receive calls with my cellular watch when I am roaming overseas?
Unfortunately, this is not available at the moment. International roaming is not enabled for Dhiraagu One Number Services. However, you can use your cellular Watch on Bluetooth Mode.
What happens if my Primary mobile Number is disconnected or suspended?
In order for you paired cellular Watch to work with Dhiraagu One Number service, your primary service number should be in active status.
Will I be able to use 5G Service on the Cellular Watch?
Your Watch Cellular will support LTE/ 4G service. 5G is not supported on Cellular Watches.
Can I make or receive calls with my cellular Watch when I am roaming overseas?
Unfortunately, this is not available now. International roaming is not enabled for OneNumber Services. However, you can still use your cellular Watch on Bluetooth Mode.
What will happen If I change my mobile number?
If you have changed your primary mobile number, please unpair your Mobile Number on Dhiraagu OneNumber Service. You can pair your new Mobile number from your smartwatch companion app.
What would happen If I deleted the “Data Plan” or eSIM profile by accident?
You will need to unpair you’re existing Dhiraagu One Number profile and re-activate your eSIM profile by simply following the steps on your smartwatch companion app on your smartphone.
I have lost my Watch, what should I do?
You can immediately unpair your primary number from your Watch through your smartphone companion app. Simply go to the Data Plans on your companion App and initiate Dhiraagu One Number process. On the mobile screen you can click “unpair” to remove the pairing of your primary number and your cellular Watch.
You may terminate the Service at any time by unpairing the Cellular Watch through the Watch Companion App
The Service is available to Dhiraagu customers with all Postpaid Plans and Prepaid Plans with Voice, SMS and Data
