  • How do I activate my package?
    For existing Prepaid customers, they can simply activate a Combo plan, using the Dhiraagu Mobile App.
    For New Customers, purchase a Dhiraagu Prepaid Plan, download Dhiraagu App and purchase Combo plans
  • What's the price of a Dhiraagu Prepaid Sim kit?

    A Dhiraagu Prepaid Sim kit price is MVR 30, which includes MVR 20 credit.

  • How to check balance?
    1. Send an SMS to 727 with keyword BAL
    2. Press * 142 #
    3. Via dhiraagu App
  • What's the validity of my prepaid voucher or reload amount?

  • How do I change my package to Dhiraagu Prepaid ?
    1. Change Prepaid Package via SMS. Just SMS keyword to 444.
    2. When package change is successful, you will receive a confirmation SMS.
    3. Every SMS to 444 will be charged MVR1 per SMS

  • How do I change Postpaid to a Prepaid ?

    To change your Postpaid to Prepaid, submit the following application form to Dhiraagu Customer Service Centre

    • With the change, any functionality or features of your previous package including package balances or Add-Ons or points (voice, SMS and Data) will be cancelled and the new package will come into effect.
    • Any outstanding payments to Dhiraagu will need to be cleared by the customer before the change.

  • How do I activate other Data, Voice, SMS , streaming or Social Media Bundles ?

    1. SMS “Add(space)Keyword to 343
    2. Through USSD Menu *123#
    3. Via dhiraagu App

  • How to activate a combo plan?

    • For existing Prepaid customers, they can simply activate a Combo plan, using the Dhiraagu Mobile App. – ( SMS 343 with keyword and USSD menu as well)
    • For New Customers, purchase a Dhiraagu Prepaid Plan, download Dhiraagu App and purchase Combo plans

  • What are perks? And how do I activate those?

    • Perks are Free inclusive Data bundles in Combo Bundles. Current Portfolio has chat, streaming and social Bundles with 1GB allowance.
    • Free Perks can be activated or additional perks can be bought only from Dhiraagu app

  • What is the validity of the Perk/Perks?

    Perks can be used until the end of validity of the main Combo Bundle

  • Can Perks be purchased without a COMBO bundle?

    Perks are benefits or part of a COMBO, hence can only be purchased if customer has a COMBO activated

  • What happens if a customer takes another combo addon and have unused perk data?

    There are 2 scenarios with this

    • Scenario 1: customer takes a combo and perk and takes another combo: the unused perk of first combo can still be used until end of validity.

      e.g. Customer buys 3GB COMBO and takes the free Perk. Before end of Validity Customer buys 5GB Combo. The free unused data of free perk of 3GB can be used until end of 3GB validity.
    • Scenario 2: Customer takes a combo, does not take perk and takes another combo: Perk/perks from the first combo will be lost or can no longer be taken and only perks of the second combo can be taken,

      e.g. Customer takes 3GB combo from SMS or USSD menu and does not go to the app to activate the free Perk. Again Customer takes another 5GB combo. If the perk has not been taken of the first combo before taking a seoncd one, then the free perk will not be available anymore.

  • What are the Prepaid Pas As You Go (PAYG) rates?

    • MVR 0.99 / Min to Dhiraagu numbers - Voice
    • MVR 1.39 / Min to any other local network - Voice
    • MVR 0.90 / MB Data
    • MVR 0.20 / Local SMS
    • MVR 1.00 / International SMS
