You can purchase a new Mamen SIM card which has bonus data of 200MB allocated for downloading the app OR you use WIFI to download.

Yes. However, you will need to migrate to Mamen after you have downloaded and installed the app. You will receive notifications to follow this process.
Your existing prepaid MVR balance will be transferred to Mamen plan and seen as RBs.
Prepaid add-ons will be cancelled and not transferred to mamen. However MVR balance will be transferred.
YES. Postpaid customer will have to walk-in to Dhiraagu customer service and submit application form, clear any outstanding bills before sign up process begins.

You can build data, voice or SMS according to your needs by sliding the bars to the right in the ‘build’ tab of the app. However, you need to have minimum of 1 RB or MVR 7. Build voice and SMS applies for local calls and sms.
Yes. You can go to ‘take back’ tab and convert any unused data, voice or SMS that has been build previously. Mamen gives total control to the users.
Yes. Go to ‘Transfers’ in the menu and send or request RBs from other mamen users only. You will have to have minimum 10RBs to send or request. Other mamen users will automatically appear if they are saved in customer device contact list.
NO. RB transfer is allowed only amongst mamen users only.
Yes. Your history will appear real-time on the transfer menu
Mamen Add-ons are optional data add-ons with validities, which can be purchased if you have RBs.

Customer can purchase any number of Streaming, SM or chat add-ons; the consumption will be from the lowest validity date Add-on.

It is recommended to have sufficient build data or add-on data when using streaming/social/chats add-ons for better user experience as background data will be consumed by phone apps

Mamen customers can view there contact list and send an invitation to friends who are not on mamen plan. An exisiting mamen user can share his unique referral code to a newly registering user for additional bonus data benefits.
NO. Mamen application is data free. Anything you do from Mamen app while app is open will not be charged. Mamen app will not exhaust data.
You will be charged for calls or SMS made to any eligible short codes. Charges will be deducted from the main RB balance.

New app feature whereby any mamen user can invite non-mamen user to sign up (Dhiraagu customer) via a unique referral code
When an existing mamen user- A shares referral code from the app to another non- mamen user B, and if the user-B signs up to Mamen using referral code, both users will get free ‘Bonus data’.
Referral code can be seen from the mamen app profile tab by clicking ‘Refer a friend’ button
During the sign-up process from the mamen app, a splash screen on the app will open where customer have to scan QR or type in the alphanumeric code during sign-up process
• Bonus data awarded to both referrer and referral (new signup) upon successful sign up • Get a chance to be on the ‘referral leaderboard’ amongst top 10 referrers
500MB for the referrer for each referral acquired & 1GB total for new sign up referral
Any Mamen user can refer up to maximum of 7 referrals
The unused bonus data added to next referral bonus accumulated and the latest expiry will be assigned.

My referrals section lists the number referral sign up acquired by that user. It also shows the type of referral acquired by color code: red - mamen SIM kit sign up, green - migration referral and blue - MNP referral
The leader board shows the global top 10 referrers and their number of referrals acquired. Furthermore it will show the user’s own ranking with respect to all the mamen user referrals.
