It is a Dhiraagu promotion where eligible Limitehneh Fibre customers can receive a complimentary Hiyaavahi Home Contents Takaful Insurance Certificate provided by Allied Insurance with a maximum coverage of MVR 150,000 per household.
New and existing customers with an active Dhiraagu Limitehneh Fibre plan are eligible, provided the service number is active, in good standing, registered under the customer’s name, and the customer is 18 years or above for the Home Contents Takaful.
Eligible customers can activate the Home Content Insurance with Limitehneh add-on via MyAccount, receive a voucher via SMS, and redeem it through Allied's portal at myallied.mv/login / https://myallied.mv/home/hiyaavahi-takaful or via the link shared with the voucher.
If the service is disconnected, terminated, or downgraded to a non-eligible plan during the 12-month lock-in period, an early termination fee of MVR 200 will apply.

1. What is the Free SmartView Camera Promotion?
Customers who activate a new 30M or above Limitehneh Plan during the promo period of 19th May to 30th June will be eligible to claim a Free SmartView Indoor Camera.
In addition to this, customers who activate a new 50M or above Limitehneh Plan during the promo period will be eligible to claim a Free SmartView Indoor Camera and 12-months Free Cloud Storage.
2. How can I claim the Free SmartView Indoor Camera?
To claim the offer, eligible customers are required to complete the reward claim form by providing the necessary details.
Customers who activate an eligible Limitehneh Plan but do not submit their claim within the promotional period will not be eligible to receive the promotional items.
3. When will I receive the Free SmartView Indoor Camera?
Once the entry has been verified, the customer will be notified via SMS to collect the FREE SmartView Indoor Camera from their nearest available Customer Service Centre. The collection location details will be shared through SMS.
4. What if the customer wishes to change collection location?
If a customer wishes to change their collection location, the request can be submitted before the end of the promotional period through any of the following channels:

5. What if I applied for a new Limitehneh connection before the promotion started?
Customers will be eligible for the offer provided that their Limitehneh 30M or above connection was activated during the promotional period or within the applicable grace period as outlined in the Terms & Conditions, and the reward claim form has been successfully submitted.
6. What happens if I disconnect my service during the lock-in period?
If the service is disconnected or terminated during the 12-month lock-in period, customers who have claimed and collected the promotional items may be required to pay the full device price in accordance with the terms and conditions.

- Eligible customers will receive Allied's Home Contents Takaful, an Islamic insurance plan, free of charge, with coverage of up to MVR 150,000 per household, valid for 12 months.
- New and existing Dhiraagu Limitehneh Fibre customers can activate the "Home Content Insurance with Limitehneh" add-on via Dhiraagu MyAccount.
- Upon successful activation, a voucher code will be sent via SMS to the customer's registered mobile number.
- Customers will be eligible for the offer provided that their Limitehneh 30M or above connection was activated during the promotional period (or within the grace period as per T&C), and the reward claim form was submitted.
- Voucher codes must be redeemed on the MyAllied portal within the promotion period. Any vouchers not redeemed before the promotion ends will expire and will not be replaced.
- A 12-month lock-in period applies from the date of activation. An early termination fee of MVR 200 will apply if the service is disconnected or downgraded to a non-eligible plan during this period.
