RB Quest

What is RBQuest?
AR (Augmented reality) mobile game that comprises of a leaderboard challenge. The game is available as a free download from the Appstore and Play store.
What are the compatible devices Rbquest can be played?
RB Quest is compatible with only mobile devices- iOS device which has AR Kit and for Android devices with AR Core technology
Who are eligible to play the game?
RB Quest can be played by any mobile user (postpaid, prepaid, mamen) with a valid registered service SIM number as of 06 December 2021 or any mobile number on any network in Maldives.
Who are eligible for RB Quest Leader board prize promotion?
Only Dhiraagu customers with a valid Dhiraagu mobile number (postpaid, prepaid or mamen) is eligible for the leaderboard prizes.
How does the score system works?
Each successful shot at ‘hiyama’ is 1 score point.
Each successful shot at ‘Boss hiyama’ is 2 score point
If missed, score drops by 1 point.
Each RB collected amounts to 5 score points.
All score will be added to the user’s total high score.
User’s individual high score have to be beaten before a user close the app or before a Gameover happens. If high score is not beaten, user’s high score from last game session will remain as it is.
What are the benefits for a mamen user if they play the game?
Any Mamen user who log-in and play the game ae eligible for ‘bonus data’ which can be collected by playing the game.
Moreover, a mamen user is also eligible for leaderboard prize promotion.
How much bonus data does a mamen customer get?
10MB. Valid for 14 days. RBQuest to Mamen data promotion will run for 3 months period, from 06 December 2020 to 06 march 2021.
Can a mamen user get multiple bonus data from the game?
YES. Currently there is no limit to the number of bonus data, and is subject to how long the user engaged in the gameplay session
In case of multiple bonus data awards-it will be cumulative on the mamen app and latest expiry date will apply
How does mamen user know when they have been awarded ‘bonus data’ from RBQuest?
Once user gets bonus data from the game:-
- RBQuest will prompt a message “Congratulations you have won 10MB bonus data”
- User’s Mamen app home tab will show available ‘bonus data’ with expiry
- User will get an SMS notification with bonus data information.
How does mamen user know when they have been awarded ‘bonus data’ from RBQuest?

Customers can check ‘Myusage’ by texting to 727 and bonus data detail will be shown as eg:‘Bonus Data: 500 MB remaining, exp. 0x//0x/20xx
What are dates of leaderboard prize promotion competition?
Competition will run for 1 month period from 06 December 2020 to 06 January 2021.
What are the leaderboard prizes?
1^st winner- iPhone 12 pro max 128GB
2^nd winner- s20 Ultra and
3^rd winner- s20 plus
Where will customers find details such as TNC of the promotion?
TNC and prize details will be posted on Dhiraagu website.
When and how will winners be selected and informed?
January 2021. Winners will be selected based on top score 3 winners. Top 3 winners will be announced on Dhiraagu Social media. Winners will be notified via SMS after validation and as per promotion TNC.
