NO. Gameloft games are mobile only and cannot be subscribed via desktop NOR games are downloadable or playable. Gameloft is accessible only on mobile handset and iPads.
Single MSISDN is limited to 3 device log-in at any given time. Most Gameloft games do support tablet devices. If it isn’t a message will be shown.
NO. A single mobile number is limited to only one subscription plan at any given time unless he is unsubscribed from that existing plan.
On active subscription renewals, prepaid will be deducted from core balance (if adequate) and postpaid will be billed in the next month. On postpaid, bill entry will be as ‘Gamehub subscription’
User can unsubscribe anytime. To unsubscribe go to ‘manage Subscription’ from the profile tab and CANCEL subscription. A link for unsubscribing is also available in the welcome subscrition SMS. Customers won’t be billed when unsubscribed and no auto-renewals or balance deductions after that.
A cancellation SMS will be sent to the customer. The SMS will have the link to the Gameloft portal as well the link to re-subscribe anytime.
Yes. However, free trial will not be available and user will be billed/charged accordingly.
The subscription will be active under the same MSISDN and will be billed/charged unless unsubscribed. Only exception is if MSISDN has disconnected or changed ownership, then user have to subscribe again as new.
Android: Games catalogue more updated and have more than 700+ games available to download on their device and play. Games are more versatile and graphically stunning. The Gameloft app option is currently available to android users.
iOS: games catalogue is less updated and up to ~300 games available with most games limited to HTML5 and JAVA graphics casual games. iOS version games can only be played/resumed within the portal and cannot download to the handset device. Gameloft App is not available for iOS users.
