SMS “PORT” to 234 from the number you wish to switch to Dhiraagu. Your UPC will be valid for 10 days.
• A valid ID card (for locals) or passport (for foreigners), • Proof of last paid bill (if your number is a postpaid) • Signed MNP Application form • Your preferred Dhiraagu Plan application(Prepaid or Postpaid)
If all the criteria are met, your number will be switched to Dhiraagu within two working days, which excludes weekends and public holidays.
You will receive a SMS with the rejected reason. After clearing the rejected reason, reach any of our customer service touch points and we will reprocess your application, given that your UPC is not yet expired. If your UPC is expired, you will have to resend a SMS to 234 with the keyword “PORT”.
