RBQuest Prize promotion- Terms & Conditions
Eligibility for leaderboard prizes: a) RB Quest can be played by any mobile user (postpaid, prepaid, mamen) with a valid registered service SIM number as of 06 December 2021 or any mobile number on any network in Maldives. b) Only Dhiraagu customers with a valid Dhiraagu mobile number (postpaid, prepaid or mamen) is eligible for the leaderboard prizes. c) Dhiraagu staff are not eligible for this promotion d) Customer on any other network can play the game but are NOT eligible for leaderboard prizes.
The RBQuest leader board prize promotion competition will run for 1 month period from 06 December 2020 to 06 January 2021.

Your unique MSISDN (mobile phone number) used to play RB Quest will be used to verify during winner selection process. Only the first (03) winners on RB Quest game leader board by 06 January 2021 will be eligible for the prizes.
Winners will be announced on Dhiraagu official social media pages including facebook, Instagram and twitter with winner MSISDN (mobile number) and RB Quest user name.
Dhiraagu Marketing Department will arrange for the winners to collect the Prize.
Winners will be notified via phone and SMS on the MSISDN (phone number) used for RB Quest as soon as practicable after the announcement date.
DHIRAAGU shall attempt to call the winners at least three (3) times and if the winner is not reachable, does not respond to the prize notification or claim the Prize within Fourteen (14) calendar days (until 21 January 2021), it may result in cancellation and the Prize may be forfeited.
The Prize will be awarded to the registered owner of the phone number.
If the winner is unable to collect the prize for a valid reason: he/she may advise in writing addressed to Dhiraagu with details, including ID card copy of the person who will be coming to collect the prize on behalf of winner.
All Winners will be required to provide their ID card to claim the prize.
The winner can transfer the Prize to another individual, given that he/she advises consent in writing with signature and details including ID Card copy/Passport Copy of the winner and that of the person to which the Prize is to be transferred.
If the winner does not utilize any part(s) of the Prize, then any such part(s) not utilized will be forfeited in their entirety without substitution.
The prize awarded to the winner is subject to credit vetting. The Prize awarded cannot be upgraded or substituted or exchanged
Any Customer who enters RB Quest leaderboard prize promotion is deemed to have read and understood these Terms. Entrants acknowledge that any violation of the Terms or any attempt at tampering with the RBQuest leaderboard prize promotion, shall result in disqualification of their entry.
DHIRAAGU accepts no liability for any damage, loss or injury (including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss and loss of chance), except for a liability that cannot be excluded by law, caused or suffered as a result of entering RB Quest prize promotion or accepting a prize. Dhiraagu’s aggregate liability under this Agreement is limited to the total value of the Prize.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by laws of the Republic of Maldives, and shall the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Maldives for any disputes relating to these Terms if not resolved amicably by discussion.
