Smartphone Devices and Plans You agree to the following Terms and Conditions for Smartphone Devices and Plans. A downloadable copy of the Terms and conditions can be found here.
Refund Procedure for handset Devices:
The following terms apply for Refundable Devices.
• Should you wish to refund the advance payment/ full payment made, please follow the following steps.
• Refunds are applicable if you have not collected the device from Dhiraagu. Refunds will not be applicable to unboxed phones/devices.
• Refunds request Application will be processed upon receiving the completed Refunds request Application form with NID card copies attached, with the payment receipt. Application will be processed once Dhiraagu validates all information on the application form are correct and all required documents have been presented.
• Incomplete application forms and mismatching information, will need to be re-submitted
• Refund Request applications can be submitted via email to [email protected] OR you may submit the application form to any Dhiraagu Customer Service Centers.
• Application forms submitted via email or to Dhiraagu CSC’s will be processed during Dhiraagu Working hours.
• Once Refund request is submitted and accepted by Dhiraagu, your device order will be cancelled, and we will not be able to revert the refund process.
Payment methods and Refunds:
• Online payments:
• Customers who have ordered a device via online payment method, can request for refund by submitting the application form with NID cards and payment receipt attached with the form.
• Full payment or Advance payments will be reversed to the account which the payment was made from. (Same account reversal ONLY)
• Refunds will be made within 10 working days (excluding weekends and Holidays), from the date of receiving complete application forms and once Dhiraagu has validated the request.
• Refunds request submitted after 12PM in the afternoon, will be processed on the following day.
Walk-in payments:
• Customers who have ordered a device via walk-in payment method, can request for refund by submitting the application form with NID cards & Original payment receipt attached with the form either by emailing to [email protected] Or by visiting any Dhiraagu CSC’s.
• Cash refunds: Cash refunds are ONLY applicable to customers who made payment by walking in to Dhiraagu CSC.
• Cash refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of application validated by Dhiraagu.
• Cash refunds will only be processed during 9am-4pm during office working days.
• Bank Transfer and Cheques: Customers have the option of Bank transfer or Cash cheque.
• Complete the Bank and Account details on the application form.
