Samsung will offer a One-Time screen replacement (Damaged Screen replacement) for 12 months from the date of activation.
The offer is Valid for the phones Activated on or before 31 December 2025 purchased from 21 Feb 2025.
Customers must pay only MVR 560 at the time of screen replacement as a handling fee.
Offer Claimable Period: 12 months (1 Year) from the activation date.
Process
Customer Purchases and activates the device.
The customer takes the screen damaged device to an authorized service center (ASC) within the claimable period.
ASC checks the eligibility of the claim.
If eligible, the customer pays MVR 560 for handling charges and gets the repair completed.
ASC claim cost will be the repair cost after deducting the customer bearing cost.
