Human Resources Executive

The prime responsibility of this position is to manage the overall recruitment and selection process and in addition, the incumbent will also be required to assist the manager in activities related to core HR functions and managing day-to-day operational activities of HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and maintains staff by establishing a recruiting, assessing and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation.
  • Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments,
  • Update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP and other HR related documents
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintains historical human resource records keeping past and current records
  • Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating


Person Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • 4+ years supervisory level experience in HR
  • Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
  • Strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
  • Comfortable working in a highly visible role
  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • Honest, ethical, and dependable
  • Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
  • Positive, go-getter attitude
  • Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
  • Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
