Online Support Specialist
We are seeking for a driven individual, who has the skills to respond to all customer queries via online, relating to Dhiraagu products and services, in a friendly and professional manner, to provide a superior level of customer service and support.
- Respond to twitter, Facebook, messaging apps and live chat queries from customers relating to Dhiraagu products and services.
Respond to all the online queries and providing customers with accurate information in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
Handling customer faults and complaint and escalating them to relevant departments / staff where necessary.
Monitor social media trends.
- 'A' Level or minimum 2 years of experience in Online Communication related field.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Willing to do shift duties, including night duty.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools.
