Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolving customer cases
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and tracking of cases
  • Proper escalation to relevant department and liaises with the departments to ensure timely issue resolution and service
  • Content monitoring, schedule updating and censoring
  • Review contents prior to launch
  • Device and application testing prior to launch
  • Provisioning of service requests

Person Specifications:

  • Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Level Standard, or other equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 years experience in similar field
  • Adequate knowledge in basics of computer and computer networks
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on shift duties.
  • Ability to coordinate with other members of the team and other departments.
  • Possess good presentation with friendly and customer caring attitude.
