Customer Services Representative - Laamu Operations Centre

We are seeking an individual with energy and drive, who has the skills to provide an efficient and friendly point of contact with customers for the sale of all Dhiraagu’s services and carryout all the activities associated with the day to day running of the Customer Service Centre in accordance with the Company Policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information on products and services and helping them to make purchase decisions.
  • Handle customer queries on Dhiraagu products and services, policies and procedures.
  • Handle cash and provide services with great care and accuracy.
  • Increase Sales of Dhiraagu products within LOC region.


Person Specifications:

  • G.C.E ‘A’ Level qualification or equivalent qualification.
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on shift duties.
  • Confident in dealing with customers in a professional manner face to face.
  • Able to travel within LOC region.
