Customer Services Representative - Customer Service Centre.

We are seeking an individual with energy and drive, who has the skills to attend to customers visiting Male’ / Hulhumale’ CSC and Airport Business Centre for service requests, bill payments and for any other service in a professional manner in line with the customer handling policy of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide information on products and services and helping them to make purchase decisions.
  • Handle customer queries on Dhiraagu products and services, policies and procedures.
  • Handle cash and provide services with great care and accuracy.

Person Specifications:

  • GCE 'A' Level
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on shift duties.
  • Confident in dealing with customers in a professional manner face to face.
  • Must be available to travel as and when required.
