Senior Customer Services Representative - Contact Centre

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weekly evaluation of customer interactions on all channels, perform hygienic checks, and provision of reports
  • Evaluate processes for procedural compliance
  • Provide input and conduct quality calibration sessions with Support staff
  • Attend to complaint review cases
  • Drive monthly CSAT and NPS surveys, and provisioning of reports
  • Provide input from interaction evaluations for designing of training programs, and staff briefing sessions focusing on the improvement of customer experience.


Person Specifications:

  • Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Level Standard, or other equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in similar field
  • Ability to create data reports and write-ups
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work on shift duties.
  • Ability to coordinate with other members of the team and other departments.
  • Possess good presentation with friendly and customer caring attitude.
