Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead and be responsible for Human Resource function to deliver Dhiraagu’s objectives, in line with Company’s overall strategy, policies, applicable laws and regulations. To review and formulate HR strategies in line with Company’s overall strategy to transform into a Digital Service Provider. To shape and deliver key people strategies necessary to support the business transformation and in its continued pursuit of operational and professional excellence.


Person Specifications:

  • Post graduate degree in either Human Resource Management or similar discipline.
  • A qualification or experience in Psychology will be preferred.
  • Certified HR Professional qualification will be preferred.
  • Major involvement and experience in implementing a transformation program in an organization will be preferred.
  • Work experience in the private or public sector with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge of Business Transformation, Strategic Business Planning & Organizational Development.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and change management skills.
  • Good analytical skills and knowledge in working on budgeting and budgetary control.
  • Demonstrate sound work ethics. Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive Company image to the public.
