Other Important Information:
• Devices will be issued on installment basis (12-month installment) for Maldivians who has subscribed to any of the following Dhiraagu postpaid packages for the past 12 months: Amilla Postpaid, Postpaid 350, Postpaid 450, Postpaid 550, Postpaid 750, Postpaid 1000 and Postpaid 1700.
• Corporate customers will not be eligible to the 12-month installment option.
• If you are not in an eligible package, you will need to upgrade to any of the above listed packages in order to be eligible for 12-month installment option.
• Selection of the preferred color and/or storage of the device is on first-come-first-serve basis and subject to stock availability.
• Advance payment for outright purchase and 12 month installment option will be taken via our secure online payment channel.
• If you wish to collect your device from Dhiraagu Regional CSC’s, please be advised that the delivery will take 7 to 14 days from the launch date.
• All customers opting for the 12 month installment option will have to sign the device agreement at the time of device collection. Registered owner should be present with valid national identity card to sign the agreement.
