Temporary Suspension of Mobile Number Portability Service

Please be advised that due to an urgent and unavoidable system enhancement work, we are required to temporarily suspend Mobile Number Portability (MNP) service from 26 January to 3 February 2019.

 

During this period, customers will not be able to send or receive porting requests and generate the MNP code.

 

MNP service shall re-commence on 4 February 2019.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause our customers.
