Second Phase of planned enhancement work on our Business Support System

We will be carrying out the second phase of the enhancement work on our Business Support System, which is scheduled to take place from 7 to 10 February 2020. 

During the enhancement work we do not expect any service interruptions on calling, using internet and fixed line services. However, some support services will be interrupted as detailed below:

07 February from 0000hrs to 0400hrs
     - Activating mobile add-ons, mobile package change, prepaid reload / recharges and mobile bill payments will not be available

08 February 0000hrs to 10 February 2300hrs
     - Bill payments for Fixed Line services (both Fixed Broadband and Fixed Lines) will not be available. 

Please be assured that during this period services will not be disconnected due to overdue bills.
