    Set-up

    The set-up fee is MVR 1,000 if new cabling is required, MVR 250 if a working a cable is in the premises and MVR 150 if service is taken under and existing fixed line.

    * An Optical Network Terminal will be required to use Fibre Broadband Service. Dhiraagu will provide this equipment and a separate fee will be charged for this equipment in addition to the set up price.

    * Maximum speeds are assured through your direct Fibre Broadband connection. (through Ethernet via Optical Terminal Network). Speeds may vary if you are accessing through a Wifi connection (or via other mediums)

  • Boosters

    Retain high speeds and get extra GBs all throughout the month even if you have reached your Fair Usage Allowance.

    Just activate your preferred Booster through the Portal, by calling 123 or by visiting Customer Service Centre.
    • Each Booster can be activated up to 5 times per month
    • Boosters cannot be carried forwarded and will be valid till the end of the Calendar month even if there is any unused data.
    • Booster charges will be applied on top of the monthly fee of your package where appropriate.

    Typical Wired Speeds        
    • To enjoy an optimized surfing experience we recommend to establish a wired connection. 
    • Make sure that your device (laptop) has a Gigabit Ethernet (GE) port.

    • Speeds on Wifi will depend on both the wireless capabilities of the modem being used and that of the device (mobile, tablet or laptop). Please check your device and modem for their respective wireless capabilities.  


  • SMS Notifications
    Now you can get data usage notifications via SMS to your phone. You will get an SMS when you reach 80% and 100% of your Broadband Data Allowance.

    To set SMS notifications:

    • Visit the Broadband portal at https://portal.dhivehinet.net.mv/
    • Activate SMS notifications by turning the notification switch on
    • Enter your preferred number
    • Enter the OTP code send to the number you had entered
    • Click Confirm
  • Promotion
    Here’s your chance to experience a fixed broadband package, with higher speeds and more data allowance with no additional charge.

    Simply check your package change eligibility from the table below.




    You can request for a package change via:

    • Visit our Customer Service Centre


    Terms & Conditions
        
    • Customers will be eligible for one change per month
    • After the package change, customers will be able to experience a Fibre package with higher speeds and allowance at the same price as their initial package for two months.
    • Any change requests from ADSL to Fibre is not included in this promotion.
    • The new package monthly rental will be applied after 2 billing cycles. Customers can change back to their initial package if they wish before the end of the 2 month promotion period.
    • To ensure that the package is changed, customers should apply for package change minimum 3 working days before end of 2 month period.
    • For customers who are on Broadband 2M Unlimited, Broadband 4M Basic and Fibre 5M basic, who opt to change their package back once the 2 month promotional period is over, they will have to choose another package from the Fixed Broadband packages we have available at the time. 
    • Customers who change their packages back to their initial package will not be eligible for any future package change promotions in the next 12 months.
