  • Rates indicated are subject to 6% GST.
  • GST will be charged at 6%* on Recharge/Reload amount at the point of sale.
    * If sold in a tourist establishment GST will be charged at the prevailing tourism sector GST rate.

  • 1. How am I billed for this service?
    Your usage is calculated by summing the total upload and download bytes during the month regardless of how long you stay connected to the Internet.

  • 2. If I want to change my package in the middle of the month how will I be charged?
    Full monthly rental for your existing package will be charged at the beginning of the month and you will be eligible for the full allowance of that package. If you change the package during the month, monthly rental and allowance for the new package will be prorated for the new package. Charges for any extra usage will be applicable in accordance to the respective package rates.


    Example: If you are changing your package from Home Plus to Home Premier 4M on the 20th of the month:
    • Full monthly rental will be applicable for the Home Plus and you will be eligible for the full allowance of your Home Plus package. 
    • Any unused allowance will not be carried forwarded to the new package.
    • The monthly rental and allowance will be prorated for Home Premier 4M with effect from 20th.
    • )you will be charged only for the remaining 10 days and your allowance will be adjusted accordingly as well(
    • For any excess usage before the package change, the respective rates of the Home Plus will be applicable
    • For any excess usage after the package change, the respective rates of Home Premier 4M  will be applicable. 
  • 3. If I am disconnecting my package in the middle of the month, will the full monthly rental be applicable?
    Yes. The full monthly rental will be applicable and you will be eligible for your full monthly allowance. 
  • 4. Will I be billed for the whole month if I apply for a connection in the middle of the month?
    No.  Your monthly rental and applicable allowance will be prorated .
    Eg: If you apply for the service on the 15th of the month you will be charged only for the remaining 15 days and your allowance will be adjusted accordingly as well.
  • 5. How do I pay my bills?
    To make paying your bills as hassle free as possible we have a wide range of payment options available:
    • Register for Dhiraagu Online Services via  MyAccount at our website (www.dhiraagu.com.mv/ocs) and instantly pay your bills online 
    • Choose Bank of Maldives BillPay, Direct Debit, ATM service or any regional branches.
    • Use the payment Drop Box placed in our Customer Front Office at Medhuziyaaraiy Magu
    • Pay your bills at any Dhiraagu Partner shop or by visiting our Customer Service Centre
