Time-of-day discounts are specifically intended for Government and Business customers. Customers wishing to take up this offer will be able to enjoy high-speed access between 7am in the morning and 4pm in the evening everyday, and 1/4th of the peak hour speed at other times.

The time-of-day discount option will provide these customers with the opportunity to enjoy reliable, always-on, high-speed dedicated Internet access at considerable savings given the reduced speeds only apply outside the core business hours when their Internet usage is typically low or non-existent.
