At a ceremony held at the Ministry of Home Affairs, Housing and Environment, yesterday, the General Manger of Dhiraagu Mr. Bob Ure presented an Environment Study Report prepared by Dhiraagu, to Hon. Ismail Shafeeu.

The report produced with the assistance of an external expert is a Coastal and Environmental Management studies for three key DHIRAAGU sites at Kaafu Atoll Villingili, Rasfari and Dhangethi.

The General Manger of Dhiraagu Mr. Bob Said, "The purpose of the study was to investigate the environmental condidtions, identify problems and threats in these sites.

From the knowledge gained, Dhiraagu is currently putting into practice effective steps to correct some of the identified problems through better management of the sites and through improved administrative processes and procedures."

The ceremony was attended by Dhiraagu Head of Personnel and Administration Mr. Ibrahim Did and Dhiraagu Manager Marketing Communications and Public Relations Mr. Masood Ali.
