    SMS Reminder Service To DhiMobile Post-Paid Deposit Customers
    Dhiraagu is pleased to announce the introduction of SMS reminder service for DhiMobile Post-Paid Deposit customers effective 9 December 2003.

    With the introduction of this service SMS reminders will be sent automatically everyday to customers who have used over 80% of their deposit.

    Customers will receive the following SMS from 131 ? Dear Customer, your call charges are over 80% of your deposit. Please make a payment to avoid temporary disconnection of your mobile - Dhiraagu?.

    SMS Reminder Service is a FREE service and customers do not have to apply or register with Dhiraagu for this service.

    SMS reminder service will help DhiMobile Post-Paid Deposit customers save time and overcome the difficulties they face with the temporary disconnection of the service when they reach the deposit limit.

    Earlier Dhiraagu had introduced e-bill and SMS bill enquiry service for its customers to check their usage conveniently. This new service is specifically aimed to assist those mobile customers who are on deposit so as to advise and remind them before they reach their deposit limit.
