With AMPS customers continuing to transfer across to the new DhiMobile GSM Service since its soft launch on the 24th October, Dhiraagu has received many positive comments back from customers expressing their satisfaction with the quality of mobile service being provided in terms of the voice quality, connection speed and the coverage.
Some customers have also highlighted possible weak areas of coverage which Dhiraagu's engineers are currently seeking to resolve. This is a normal practice on new mobile networks as engineers seek to fine-tune the network and to maximise the coverage and radio network performance from the number of radio base stations which have been installed.
This said, as many customers have already observed, the radio coverage and quality of service is already significantly improved when compared to the old AMPS system which will be closed down at the end of the year.
Dhiraagu would like to thank its customers for their support and for the positive feedback received. Dhiraagu will be able to actively use this information so as to provide even better service in the future once the 'fine-tuning' period has been successfully completed.
