Every month many customers are disconnected, as they do not pay their Dhiraagu bills on time.
This is of considerable inconvenience to customers who lose their telephone service and have to pay a reconnection fee. In order to reduce the number of customers who pay late, a special Lucky Draw is to be held to encourage on time payment.
All customers who pay their bills by the due date will be entered into the draw. The following cash prizes will be awarded to the winners, selected randomly by computer:
First prize: Rf 10,000
Second prize: Rf 5,000
Third prize: Rf 2,500
The draw will be held each month for the next three months February, March and April.
All residential customers in Male', Villingili, Eydhafushi and residential mobile customers who have paid their telephone bills by the due date (and have no outstanding bills) are eligible for the draw. All Dhiraagu staff are exempt from the draw. For more information call free on 120 during normal working hours
