Dhiraagu is pleased to announce the introduction of Reverse Directory Enquiry (RDQ) and International Directory Enquiry (IDQ) services from 18 November 2001.
IDQ service allows customers overseas to call 110 Directory Enquiries to find the name, number and address of a customer in the Maldives.
RDQ service allows customers to call 110 Directory Enquiries to find the name and address of a customer by telling the operator the telephone or mobile number. The RDQ service is provided at the standard Directory Enquiry tariff of Rf 1.00 per call and IDQ as a normal incoming international call.
Dhiraagu CEO, Keith Wilson said, "Recently we have received requests from customers asking for RDQ and IDQ services, especially since CallerID service was introduced. We are introducing these new services as part of our commitment to listening to customers and delivering what they want".
