Dhiraagu is pleased to announce special incentives to encourage public Internet access points outside Male'.

Details of the special incentives were revealed at the opening ceremony held to mark the opening of Meemu Muli Cyber Station this morning.

Under this offer, Dhiraagu will install a telephone line in each inhabited island at Rf1720 (the normal rate for an inhabited island without a cable network is between Rf2990 and Rf12,650) and will charge a monthly rental of Rf200 (the normal rate is Rf3450).

Additionally, a 20% discount on Internet usage charges will be offered. Dhiraagu will provide technical assistance in setting up the Cyber Stations including free training for the staff.

Public Internet access will be provided at easily accessible location(s) to ensure convenience for customers.

Muli CyberStation is managed by Meemu Atoll Development Committee and is the first to open under this special offer. There are now 8 Internet public access points throughout the Maldives including 7 Cyber Stations outside Male'.
