Dhiraagu is pleased to announce the following changes to the DhiMobile deposits effective 17 February 2002.
Customer Deposit Policy | Existing | NewIDD | Rf 1,000 for all deposit customers. | No deposit required for customers who have paid all bills on time over the last 6 months.
Disconnection for exceeding deposit level | Deposit increased in Rf 500 increments or monthly bill paid before service reconnected. | Customers who have not exceeded deposit level in the last 6 months can pay the interim bill and service reconnected with no deposit increase.
Refund | On request, for customers who have paid their bills on time for the last 12 months. | Automatic refund for all customers who have paid their bills on time over the last 12 months
International Roaming | Rf 5,000 No deposit required for customers with average monthly bills over Rf 500 and paid all on time over the last 12 months. | Rf 2,500 deposit for customers who have paid all bills on time over the last 12 months.
