    Enhancements to Dhiraagu billing system
    Dhiraagu is pleased to advise customers that we are nearing completion of the billing system enhancement project.

    With this enhancement, we will have the facility to update billing records promptly, enabling customers to check their call history and charges within a shorter space of time. One of our customers’ most common requests is for timely billing, and we believe that this issue would be resolved once the changes are completed.

    Another benefit of the enhanced billing system will be the ability to develop new pricing plans and discount packages, which would clearly be to the advantage of our customers.

    Meanwhile, customers will note that the free minutes, free SMS and discounts sections do not appear in the October 2008 bill because of the cutover to the new system. Please be assured that although the details are not stated separately, free minutes and discounts are indeed applied, and this can be further confirmed by checking your call details on your e-bill. This is temporary, and your November 2008 bills will have all your details up-to-date.

    We apologise for any inconvenience customers may encounter due to this, and assure you that these enhancements to the billing system will result in the provision of improved billing services for our customers.
