Dhiraagu is pleased to announce the introduction of DhivehiNet Pre-Paid service today, 4 July 2002.
This new service gives customers instant access to DhivehiNet service, without any bills.
Customers using the service simply buy a DhivehiNet Pre-Paid scratch card, dial FREE number 381000 and use the unique UserID and Password stated on the scratch card. The system will automatically recognize the value of the account and the usage charge will be deducted from the account as and when customers use the service. A customer can review the account balance by logging on to the website http://prepaid.dhivehinet.net.mv/.
DhivehiNet Pre-Paid cards are available from Dhiraagu Customer Front Offices in Rf 200, Rf 500, and Rf 1,000 denominations giving 300 minutes, 900 minutes and 2,400 minutes of DhivehiNet usage respectively. The account will expire when all stored value is used or two years from the date of first use. Dhiraagu CEO, Ismail Waheed said, "Customer feedback had shown that there was a need for a pre-paid Internet service similar to our Pre-Paid Mobile service. The introduction of DhivehiNet Pre-Paid service will make the Internet more accessible and easier to use, especially for those who do not have their own dedicated telephone lines or wish to work within set budgets."
