Dhiraagu is pleased to announce the extension of the validity period of DhiMobile Pre-Paid recharge vouchers effective 5 January 2005 as follows:

This extension has tripled the validity period for a recharge using the lower denomination vouchers, and extended to one year the validity period of a recharge using a Rf500 voucher.

Also effective 5 January 2005, the Pre-Paid voucher validity period will be counted from the date of the last recharge, unless the existing account validity period is greater than the recharge validity period.

In any case the longest validity period will apply. A two-year maximum account validity period will also come into effect from that date for those Pre-Paid accounts which presently have a validity period over 2 years. The grace period of 6 months remains unchanged.

Over the last 15 months Dhiraagu has reduced Pre-Paid call charges twice, allowed customers to receive incoming calls even when the Pre-Paid account balance is zero, and introduced off-peak hours every day. The increasing of the voucher validity periods ensures even greater value for our Pre-paid customers.
