With effect from 10th Oct 2007 Dhiraagu permanently reduces MMS rates to 50 Laari. This rate will be applicable for any MMS sent regardless of its size.

The reduced rates come in conjunction to Eid celebrations and will enable Dhiraagu customers to send Eid greetings via MMS. Dhiraagu has developed a variety of MMS Eid greetings and wallpapers for customers to download from mymobile.mv portal.

Customers who wish to setup their handsets for MMS can simply send a blank SMS to 222 and follow the instructions. Dhiraagu developed the MMS greetings as a means to introduce new ways of sending greetings to friends and family members.

Dhiraagu Mobileshop and Teleshop will also be offering a special ‘Ready to Talk’ offer where customers could purchase a Nokia 1200 mobile phone with a pre-paid connection kit for just Rf 650. This offer will be valid until stock lasts.
