Dhiraagu partnered with Sky Guys for Maldives Paramotor 2019 as the lead sponsor of this event. Sky Guys is a group of pilots travelling via a paramotor from the Northernmost point to the Southernmost point of Maldives.

The main aim of Dhiraagu partnering in this activity is to raise awareness on the elimination of single use plastic in the Maldives. In addition to that, one of the main objectives of this event is to establish this event as a key annual tourism event to create awareness of aviation and sky sport tourism in the Maldives.

As a major part of this event, awareness sessions in association with Dhiraagu are going to be held in 24 major landing islands on single use plastic and how it affects our beautiful country as well.

Dhiraagu initiated a campaign towards the fight against single use plastic through their “For The Oceans” campaign in collaboration with Parley Maldives in 2016.
