    Dhiraagu LiveChat – now 24/7
    Dhiraagu has introduced Dhiraagu LiveChat to its customers, now for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    Dhiraagu LiveChat is the online platform of Dhiraagu Customer Service - 123, where customers can interact with a Dhiraagu Customer Service Representative via an ‘online chat’. Once the customer types in their Name and email address, the page will redirect the customer to a Dhiraagu staff on duty at the time. Customers can interact with the customers either in English or Dhivehi, and our staff will be available to clear any queries of the customers swiftly and conveniently.

    Speaking upon announcing the change in service timings of the modernised online customer service platform, Contact Centre Manager Mr. Mohamed Azleem said, “Dhiraagu LiveChat is a more modern approach to our 123 service, which would broaden our customer service. This service will be provided from our operation centres at Kulhudhuffushi and Male’, and we would like to reassure that, our staff are trained for this particular task. With this, we are now offering an alternative to our customers who now reach us via our 123 service. We hope that this would make it a whole lot easier for our customers to solve their problems and queries, with even greater convenience.”

    To access to this service, customers can follow the instructions after clicking the ‘Live Chat’ button on top of the Dhiraagu Website Home page.

    Dhiraagu currently provides ‘My Account’ service online, where customers can easily pay their bills during holidays and outside of working hours.
