    Dhiraagu launches Reload Bill Pay service for Postpaid Customers
    Dhiraagu has launched today Reload Bill Pay, a new service to facilitate bill payment options for customers for the first time in Maldives.

    Reload Bill Pay service will provide convenient access for customers in isolated islands currently without a Partner Shop or Regional Operations Center, further strengthening Dhiraagu’s distribution network.

    Already with the largest telecom distribution network in the geographically dispersed nation, with 36 partner shops in all major population centers and 7 regional centers, Dhiraagu aims to provide accessibility of the service to customers in all islands across the country.

    Under the service, mobile postpaid customers can pay their bills in their respective islands through appointed Reload Bill Pay Agents. Customers will simply need to provide details including phone number and customer account number along with the payment and the transaction will be easily performed by the Reload Bill Pay Agent.

    Additionally, customers will always get the confirmation of transaction through an SMS on their handset and will be able to check their account number and bill balance by sending an SMS to 727.

    Customer convenience is a top priority for the company and Reload Bill Pay service is offered in addition to several other bill payment options currently available for customers.

    This includes service via Customer Front Offices, Partner Shops, Regional Centers, Drop Box, Bank of Maldives Regional Branches, Bank of Maldives ATM, Pay Online and Direct Debit.
