Dhiraagu is pleased to announce the introduction of Rollover Minutes and SMS for postpaid customers.
Rollover enables Dhiraagu postpaid customers to carry forward any unused minutes and SMS from the monthly allocated free minutes and SMS in their Post-Paid packages to the following month.
The maximum free minutes and SMS customers can carry forward is the monthly allocation of free minutes and SMS allocated in their package.
Rollover Minutes and SMS can be used only during the following month. Rollover Minutes and SMS will be applied to all existing Dhiraagu postpaid packages that include bundled minutes and SMS.
Customers will not need to apply for Rollover as this feature will be automatically activated for all postpaid packages. This means that unused minutes and SMS at the end of October will be automatically rolled over into November.
An extra column will be included in the October bill and thereafter, to reflect the unused minutes and SMS carried forward into the next month.
The November bill (and all subsequent bills) will then show the included minutes and SMS for the package PLUS the unused minutes and SMS that were carried forward. To view a sample of October bill please click here.

Dhiraagu introduced major enhancements to the mobile Post-Paid packages earlier this year in July, with increased bundled minutes, SMS, and lower monthly fees.
