Dhiraagu is pleased to announce the introduction of online fault reporting for our customers effective 7th September 2005.
This means that Dhiraagu customers can now report any problems with their service by logging on to the Dhiraagu homepage www.dhiraagu.com.mv and using the new 'Online Fault Reporting' link near the top of the page.
Initially customers will be able to reports faults on fixed lines, fax service and ISDN service.
Currently Dhiraagu customers can report faults by calling the free number 123 (open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week) or by sending an email to
[email protected] or by sending a fax to our Customer Services.
The introduction of this additional option is part of our continuous efforts to further enhance the service we offer our customers.
