Dhiraagu the largest mobile service provider in Maldives - with over 350,000 customers, is now facilitating number flexibility. Number flexibility is an option to carry the customers’ existing number when changing between prepaid to postpaid and vice-versa. With effect from today, over 280,000 Dhiraagu Prepaid customers will have the opportunity to switch to a postpaid plan without having to change their existing prepaid number.

Dhiraagu Prepaid Customers who wish to subscribe to a Postpaid plan without changing their existing prepaid number can do so by visiting Dhiraagu Customer Front Office.

Upon launching of Dhiraagu number flexibility service Manager Marketing Communications and Public Relations, Mohamed Mirshan Hassan said, ”With the introduction of the new Dhiraagu Postpaid Smart plans a lot of Prepaid customers are keen on switching to a Postpaid Smart plans. However, among these customers many of them wish to maintain their existing prepaid number when moving to a postpaid plan. With a lot of requests being received we felt it was the right time for us to facilitate number flexibility service so that more customers can enjoy Smart plans, which are the best postpaid plans currently available in the market”.
