    Dhiraagu Introduces Mobile Bill Enquiry Via SMS
    Dhiraagu is pleased to announce today, the introduction of SMS based Mobile Bill Enquiry Service, which will allow DhiMobile Post-Paid customers to check their last month's bill total, outstanding amount and unbilled charges by simply sending an SMS.

    Individual customers can register for the service by sending an SMS to 131 with the keyword "REG" and their National ID card number, while Government and business customers should submit a completed application form to Dhiraagu for verification. Once registered, customers can check their bill information anytime by sending an SMS to 131 with the words "BAL XXXX" where XXXX is his password.

    There is no registration fee or monthly charge for the service. Customers only pay the standard SMS charges.

    Dhiraagu CEO, Ismail Waheed said, "This is yet another enhancement to the lives of our DhiMobile Post-Paid customers in terms of convenience and time saving - an example of our continual commitment to make things as easy and fast as possible for our customers".
