Dhiraagu is pleased to introduce DhiraaguTV and Fibre to the Home (FTTH) broadband service to Lh. Atoll Hinnavaru and Naifaru.

The service was officially inaugurated in the two islands with colourful ceremonies that featured live music from the singer Shalabee Ibrahim and traditional Dhivehi boduberu. Both events were participated by senior leaders of Dhiraagu, members of the Broadcasting Commission, leading council members and residents of the islands.

DhiraaguTV is currently the only IPTV service whose entire catalogue of channels is available nationwide.  The platform currently has over 80 channels on air in the Intro Package priced at MVR 300 per month.

Speaking at the event, Broadcom Mr. Shaheeb his happiness that Dhiraagu has entered the TV service market as it ensures that viewers get better content at attractive price points. He also expressed his confidence that DhiraaguTV would continue to provide innovations that would improve the overall quality of service delivered to customers.

Customers across the country who have a Dhiraagu broadband connection would be able to sign up for the service. DhiraaguTV when used with the JoyBox does not affect your internet usage allowance and incurs no extra internet charges. Once signed up, users can also view content on multiple devices such as laptops, tablets and mobiles via our network anywhere and everywhere in the Maldives.

Dhiraagu fibre broadband service is ideal for multi-user and multi-device households.. This will allow multiple users to enjoy simultaneous high bandwidth activities such as faster downloading and uploading, streaming HD videos, real time gaming and seamless video conferencing.
