    Dhiraagu Introduces FreeCALL Service
    Dhiraagu is pleased to announce the introduction of FreeCALL service today. This service allows organizations to offer callers anywhere in the Maldives FREE telephone access to their organization; the cost of the calls being billed to the owner of the FreeCALL number.

    FreeCALL numbers will have 9 digits and will start with 800. Fixed line customers anywhere in the Maldives can apply for this service and the customer need not install a separate telephone line for this service.

    The tariffs for FreeCALL service will be:

    Setup (one-off):
    Rf 500
    Monthly Fee: Rf 250 per FreeCALL number
    Call Charges: In coming calls to the FreeCALL number will be charged at the s tandard call charges

    The FreeCALL service is ideal for organizations wanting to enhance their customer service. The service will encourage customers to call these businesses, service providers and non-profit organizations. This will ensure they keep in touch with their customers more frequently, thereby improving their image and customer retention rate.
