Dhiraagu is pleased to introduce the Out of Office message service which allows our mobile postpaid customers to send a personalized SMS message to those who try to call them while their phone is switched off or out of the mobile coverage.

There is no setup or monthly fee for the service. Customers can activate the service by simply sending an SMS 'oof enable:' followed by their personal message, to 146. If they wish they can also specify a list of up to 10 people to whom this message would only be sent to. All the callers not on this list will receive the standard message from Dhiraagu.

This latest enhancement to our Missed Call Alert service will offer an unprecedented reachability and peace of mind to our mobile postpaid customers as they can now communicate a meaningful message to their callers even when their phone is switched off.

Note: Dhiraagu's popular Missed Call Alert service, introduced in 2003, allows our mobile customers to find out who called them while their mobile phone was switched off or out of the mobile coverage area. In 2005, the service was enhanced with the introduction of the Caller Notification service whereby everyone who tries to call a Dhiraagu mobile customer while their phone is switched off or out of range, will receive an automatic notification SMS informing them when the customer is back on the network.
