Dhiraagu is holding a 'Sales and Service Skills Workshop' for the staff of Dhiraagu Preferred Partners.
The workshop is aimed at helping Dhiraagu Preferred Partners develop their businesses further and to become more successful in dealing with their customers.
Over 50 frontline staff from 9 of the Preferred Partners are taking part in this workshop. Participants are briefed on customer relations, sales and communication skills by qualified professionals from Dhiraagu including Manager Customer Services and Head of Sales.
The workshop is being held in two batches - the first batch on the 25th and 26th and the second batch on the 28th and 29th of September 2005.
Dhiraagu launched the Preferred Program in September 2004 and since then has established partnership with eleven major mobile phone shops in Male'. These Preferred Partners are the authorized sellers of Dhiraagu prepaid connection kits.
