    Dhiraagu Enhances the WebSMS Service
Dhiraagu is pleased to announce enhancements to our free WebSMS service.

Effective 14 May 2003, customers will need to register before they can send WebSMS. When a customer registers for the service, he or she will be given a unique password, which will be required to access the service. The password will be sent either to an e-mail address or a DhiMobile number as requested by the customer. Registration is free and can be completed online at the WebSMS site.

Also with this change, customers receiving a WebSMS will see 000 as the sender's number so that they can easily distinguish between free WebSMS messages and those messages sent by Dhiraagu from time to time, which will continue to show 780000 as the sender's number.

Dhiraagu CEO, Ismail Waheed said, "The enhancements, based on customer feedback, are intended to minimize misuse and to encourage our customers to use the service more effectively. These changes demonstrate that Dhiraagu values customer feedback and acts upon it. I hope that all our customers will welcome the improvements to this convenient and popular service."

Customers with any queries can call 123 FREE (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) or email [email protected].
