Dhiraagu is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement with Bank of Maldives Limited to introduce two new convenient ways for our customers to pay their phone bills.
The agreement was signed on behalf of Dhiraagu by the CEO Mr. Ismail Waheed and on behalf of the Bank of Maldives by the CEO Ms. Serene Ho Oi Khuen.
Starting today Dhiraagu customers can pay their fixed line and postpaid mobile bills at Bank of Maldives ATM machines using their Bank of Maldives cash cards. This will allow our customers to conveniently pay their bills anytime of the day or night without having to wait in a queue or write any cheques.
There are no extra charges for this service. Customers only need to fill an application form and submit to any Bank of Maldives branch. Application forms are available from Dhiraagu and Bank of Maldives.
Also starting today Dhiraagu customers can pay their bills at the 15 Bank of Maldives branch offices across the country.
Dhiraagu offers more options and more places to pay bills than any other company in the Maldives. In addition to paying by cash, cheque, credit card or Bank Of Maldives cash card at any of our 12 Customer Front Offices across the Maldives, Dhiraagu customers can already pay their bills by dropping a cheque in to the Drop Box in front of Male' Customer Front Office and using Direct Debit where their bank automatically deducts the amount of their phone bill from their bank account every month and pays it over to Dhiraagu before the bill due date.
