The National High Achiever’s Award function is held each year to celebrate the top students of A’ level examination in the Maldives.

The sponsorship was officially announced in a special ceremony held at Dhiraagu Head Office. The Agreement was signed between Dhiraagu and Ministry of Education that grants Dhiraagu Exclusive Sponsor of the function for the next three years.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Ismail Rasheed, CEO and MD of Dhiraagu and Ms. Isabelle Hajri, Chief Marketing Officer. On behalf of the Ministry of Education, the agreement was signed by Minister of Education, Dr. Aishath Shiham and Senior Policy Executive Ibrahim, Ismail.

Dhiraagu has always shown keen interest in such initiatives to assist in youth development and the development of education within our society. Dhiraagu anticipates to be part of such initiatives in the future.

The award function appreciates the commitment of students towards their secondary education. A total of 228 students amongst 2120 students who joined the A’ level examination has achieved best 10 grade levels. 28 of these students have all got A and 11 students have achieved top paper prize globally in 3 subjects.

The event is to be held on the 29th of May 2016.
